Limited Lifetime Warranty

MityBilt will repair or replace, at its discretion, any furniture manufactured by the company which proves to be defective in original material or workmanship as long as the product is owned by its original purchaser.

Furniture shall be returned to MityBilt Products Inc. for inspection, repair or replacement. MityBilt Products Inc. is not liable for any freight costs at this point.

In the instance of goods sold by MityBilt that have been produced by another manufacturer, MityBilt passes on the said manufactures warranty to the purchaser.

MityBilt is not responsible for any travel or labour costs incurred due to the supposed defect unless approved by MityBilt.

This Pro-Rated Warranty is given by MityBilt Products Inc.

If MityBilt determines that the furniture has not provided the warranted 20 year service life, MityBilt will provide a pro-rated credit to be applied against the purchase of a new replacement identical or equivalent MityBilt product.

The User will be offered a credit against the List Price of equivalent furniture at the time of return to MityBilt Products Inc., in proportion to the percentage of the warranted service life remaining at the time of return.

In calculating the available credit the remaining warranted service life will be rounded up or down to the nearest whole year. The user is responsible to pay the balance of the list price of identical or equivalent equipment at the time of replacement.

Pro-Rata Warranty period = Service life of product less Standard Warranty period of product
